He works as a barista in a small coffee-shop in Prague. He started working with coffee about five years ago and still takes it as both hobby and enjoyable activity in his life. He's interested not only in the process of preparation but also with all the little things that come with it.
"I enjoy the noise of full caffeteria. I like the combination of mild chaos and enjoyable atmosphere. There is no other place I know about where you can meet such a variable crowd of interesting people as in caffeteria."
He attends barist competitions regularly and always tries to score front places. He co-founded the Coffee Chamber of Czech Republic, organization that aims to spread enlightenment about coffee.
